We have had a great experience with Nancy at Red-y Lock & Roll. We are moving from out of state and wanted to store our household goods in a facility with gated access. After reserving a unit in Cookeville with another company and finding upon arrival that the facility was less secure/not as well-maintained than we hoped, I called Nancy. I saw her business had good reviews, but my husband had wanted a Cookeville unit for ease of movement. We weren't thrilled with the idea of driving down to Sparta, but it didn't seem like there was anything in Cookeville that would meet our needs (appeared to be no availability of large units in a nice, gated facility.)
Nancy answered promptly, even though it was a little after 8 a.m. on a Monday morning. I explained our situation, and she was quick to accommodate our needs and set us up with a 10 x 30 unit as soon as my husband arrived in Sparta. Wow!
